Job summary

Paycom is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee warehouse and distribution activities in a fast-paced 3PL setting in Jurupa Valley, CA. You will lead supervisors and frontline teams, drive performance with WMS data, and coordinate inbound/outbound, inventory, and labor management.

Responsibilities include managing off-shift operations, ensuring SOP adherence, and delivering KPI-driven improvements while collaborating with HR on staffing and development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Admin, or related field.
• 5–7 years in warehouse/distribution or 3PL.
• Experience leading supervisors and frontline teams.
• Strong WMS and data-driven decision making.
• Advanced Excel, Power BI/ Tableau preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily inbound, outbound, inventory, and fulfillment operations.
• Own off-shift operations including Sunday and early mornings.
• Ensure SOP adherence and shift handoffs.
• Use data to identify performance gaps and adjust resources.
• Oversee receiving, putaway, replenishment, picking, packing, shipping.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and cycle counts.
• Generate and analyze KPIs to drive improvements.
• Partner with HR on staffing and training.
