Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's preferred.
• 2–4 years in order planning, fulfillment scheduling, logistics coordination or related field.
• Experience with B2B, retail, wholesale, or e-commerce order fulfillment preferred.
• Proficiency with WMS, ERP, and TMS systems.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily order planning with warehouse and shipping teams.
• Monitor orders and adjust priorities to meet ship dates.
• Prepare shipping documentation and ensure accuracy.
• Coordinate routing and carrier appointments.
• Ensure compliance with customer requirements.
