Job summary

Anyware Robotics is seeking a Staff AI Perception Engineer to advance our production 3D AI perception stack for warehouse automation robots. You will lead architecture decisions, mentor engineers, and drive the roadmap for object localization, pose estimation, and scene reconstruction on robot compute.

The role requires taking AI perception from prototype to real-world operation, managing tradeoffs between accuracy, latency, compute cost, data, and maintainability, and delivering reliable

Qualifications

• MS or PhD in Robotics, Computer Vision, CS or related field.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on technical leadership across perception projects, architecture reviews, and mentoring.
• Define the perception architecture and technology roadmap for production robots.
• Build and ship 3D AI perception pipelines on deployed robots within timing constraints.
• Balance accuracy, latency, compute, and maintainability while integrating perception with planning and controls.
