Qualifications

• 2–6+ years in a tech recruitment agency environment.
• Proven billing track record of $150k–$200k+ in a 12-month period.
• Experience as a Senior Consultant or Billing Manager is highly valued.

Responsibilities

• Pitch, source, and win new mandates across technology markets.
• Run the complete 360 process: sourcing, interviewing, closing.
• Target annual billings in the multi-hundred-thousand USD range.
