Job summary

Henkel's Consumer Brands unit seeks a Senior Integrated Marketing Manager to lead the marketing team and drive growth across consumer, professional, retail and digital channels. You will own the integrated calendar, budgets, and go-to-market plans while partnering with Sales, Product Development, Creative, and Leadership to execute campaigns and experiences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
• 7+ years of marketing experience, including integrated campaign management and product launches.
• 2+ years of experience leading and developing high-performing teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead, inspire, and develop a team of marketing professionals.
• Drive the strategy, planning, and execution of integrated 360° marketing campaigns across channels.
• Own the annual integrated marketing calendar, budget planning process, and roadmap.
• Champion marketing excellence with improved processes and collaboration.
• Serve as cross-functional lead across Sales, Product Development, Creative, and Leadership.
• Guide in-store merchandising strategies and retailer marketing materials.
• Partner with Key Account Sales to develop customer-specific plans and assets.
• Oversee website content strategy, optimization, and DTC marketing programs.
• Direct email and SMS programs to drive acquisition, engagement, and revenue.
• Establish KPIs and optimize sentiment from insights to decisions.
• Oversee sampling, reviews, and customer advocacy programs.
