Henkel in Stamford, CT seeks a marketing professional to drive consumer-brand programs for Laundry & Home Care and Hair products. You will collaborate cross-functionally, analyze market data, and develop line extensions and promotions to boost awareness, education and conversion.

Ideal candidates have an MBA (or BS/BA with 5+ years in CPG marketing), strong leadership, communication and financial acumen, and the ability to translate insights into actions that grow sales and profits.

Formación

• MBA preferred with 2–4 years of experience; BS/BA accepted at 5+ years of related experience.
• Experience in CPG brand management and/or marketing required.
• Demonstrated leadership and organization skills; ability to lead projects and work cross-functionally.

Responsabilidades

• Support development and execution of marketing programs for Laundry brands to drive awareness, education and conversion.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop new product line extensions, promotions, packaging updates and business plans.
• Monitor brand performance using sales reports and research data; inform management of significant changes.
• Stay current on competitive environment via external sources.
• Assist with business development for assigned brands including reviews and strategy.
