Job summary

Aultman Health System is seeking a 340B Coordinator to manage and coordinate the 340B Program across the health system. This role acts as liaison for all 340B matters and reports to the pharmacy director.

The successful candidate will bring 2 years of hospital or retail pharmacy experience, a strong understanding of procurement laws, and a demonstrated ability to work independently while coordinating with the Legal Department and contract pharmacies.

Qualifications

• Associates Degree preferred.
• Certified Pharmacy Technician with the Ohio Board of Pharmacy.
• 2 years of hospital or retail pharmacy experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of pharmaceutical procurement laws, regulations, policies, and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Provide oversight of 340B program within Aultman Health System.
• Develop and modify 340B policies per state, federal, and system requirements.
• Deliver training and competency materials for staff and leaders working with 340B.
• Communicate with staff to ensure processes remain efficient and compliant.
• Monitor HRSA 340B data and contract pharmacy opportunities; support audits and reporting.
• Coordinate monthly financial reporting, including metric reporting and variance analysis.
