• Oversee daily 340B program operations and client partnerships.
• Lead reviews with clients and cross-functional teams.
• Monitor 340B savings, replenishment, and inventory metrics.
• Ensure HRSA compliance and policy adherence.
• Coach and develop 340B Operations Specialists.
