Job summary

Three Rivers Health Center seeks a 340B Pharmacy Manager to oversee the CTCLUSI 340B Program across our health centers and affiliated sites. You will ensure HRSA compliance, manage eligibility, and work with clinical, pharmacy, and administrative teams to maximize program value while protecting the Tribe from compliance risk.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Healthcare Administration, Business, or related field, plus 2+ years in pharmacy ops/340B.
• 2+ years in pharmacy operations, 340B program management, or compliance.
• 340B Apexus Advanced Certification preferred or obtained within 12 months of hire.
• In-depth knowledge of 340B regs, HRSA guidance, diversion and duplicate discount mitigation.

Responsibilities

• Administers CTCLUSI 340B Program, ensuring HRSA/OPAIS/Apexus compliance.
• Oversees 340B eligibility, patient definition validation, and compliant dispensing workflows.
• Manages split billing software, accumulations, replenishment, and inventory segregation for in-house ops.
