Damien Center is seeking a Senior Manager of 340B Compliance to lead and maintain the organization’s 340B program integrity. You will ensure accurate records, prevent duplicate discounts, manage contract pharmacy relationships, and implement policies to maximize program benefits while protecting compliance.

The role requires in-depth knowledge of HRSA 340B requirements, strong leadership, and collaboration with finance and pharmacy leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; 5+ years healthcare experience with 3+ years 340B program experience; 340B ACE certification preferred or within one year of hiring.

Responsibilities

• Maintain current knowledge of 340B statute, HRSA guidance, and contract pharmacy regulations.
• Monitor policy requirements and program developments affecting 340B operations.
• Oversee 340B policies, procedures, and compliance; ensure audit readiness.
• Coordinate annual external audits and vendor selection.
