Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years' experience in service or support engineering.
• Degree in electrical engineering, mechatronics, automation engineering or related field.
• Fluent English; additional languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide 2nd level service requests handling via phone, email, and remote access.
• Collaborate with 3rd Level to resolve complex issues and document solutions.
• Deliver training modules and maintain service documentation for knowledge sharing.
• Support service readiness and lifecycle documentation.
