Connex Education are seeking SEND Teaching Assistants to work in SEND Schools across Chester. This is a flexible role where you can pick and choose how many days you would like to work.
The Schools cater for pupils aged 2-19 with Autism, SEMH, SLD, Downs Syndrome, GDD and PMLD. You will support pupils 1:1, help with personal care, manage behaviour and contribute to a calm, engaging learning environment. All offers are subject to satisfactory background checks, including a DBS.

Connex Education are seeking a SEND Teaching Assistants to work in a SEND Schools across Chester. This is a flexible role where you can pick and choose how many days you would like to work.
The SEND Schools we are working with cater for pupils aged 2-19 years with a range of needs including Autism, SEMH, SLD, Downs Syndrome, GDD and PMLD. As a SEND Teaching Assistant you will be required to support pupils on a 1:1 basis, to help break down barriers to learning and to assist with personal care. You will provide emotional support, manage behaviour, help to develop life skills and will work as a team with staff members to create a calm and engaging learning environment.
We have work available straight away and the hours are Monday-Friday 8.30am until 3.30pm. You can either work day to day or if you are looking for a long- term role we can offer both full-time and long-term. This is a fantastic opportunity to help get your foot in the door of local SEND Schools.
All offers are conditional upon satisfactory background checks, including a DBS check. All appointments will be made subject to a DBS check.
