Job summary

Pink Tile Education Ltd is recruiting a SEND Teaching Assistant to support pupils with SEND in the Bromley area. The role is full-time, term-time only, with an immediate start and a daily rate of £100–£120. You will provide 1:1 and small-group support, fostering a calm, inclusive learning environment.

Ideal candidates have experience in SEND/SEMH and a patient, resilient approach. You will work closely with teachers and SENCOs to develop pupils’ confidence and independence.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a school, SEND, SEMH, care, youth work or support setting is desirable, but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 support for pupils with SEND.
• Support children with challenging behaviour.

• Run small intervention groups.

Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am–3:30pm

Are you a passionate Teaching Assistant looking for a rewarding opportunity supporting children with SEND, Autism, ADHD and challenging behaviour?

Pink Tile Education is currently recruiting for a SEND Teaching Assistant to join a school in the Bromley area. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Teaching Assistant, Learning Support Assistant or Behaviour Support Worker looking to develop their experience within SEND.

The Role

As a SEND Teaching Assistant, you will provide dedicated support to pupils with a range of additional needs, helping them to access learning and develop their confidence and independence.

You will be supporting pupils through:

• 1:1 support for pupils with SEND

• Supporting children with challenging behaviour

• Working with pupils with Autism and ADHD

• Small intervention groups

• Learning support and classroom support

• Helping pupils engage with lessons and activities

• Supporting positive behaviour and emotional regulation

• Building positive relationships with pupils

• Working closely with teachers, SENCOs and other support staff

• Creating a calm, safe and inclusive learning environment

The advertised daily rate is inclusive of 12.07% PAYE holiday pay.
