Job summary

Pink Tile Education is hiring a SEND Teaching Assistant for a Bromley school. You will support pupils with SEND, Autism and ADHD, providing 1:1 and small-group assistance to help them access learning and build confidence.

The role is full-time, term-time only, with an immediate start and a daily rate of £100–£120. You will work Monday to Friday, 8:30am–3:30pm, in a supportive education recruitment team environment.

Qualifications

Are you a passionate Teaching Assistant looking for a rewarding opportunity supporting children with SEND, Autism, ADHD and challenging behaviour?

Pink Tile Education is currently recruiting for a SEND Teaching Assistant to join a school in the Bromley area. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Teaching Assistant, Learning Support Assistant or Behaviour Support Worker looking to develop their experience within SEND.

The Role

As a SEND Teaching Assistant, you will provide dedicated support to pupils with a range of additional needs, helping them to access learning and develop their confidence and independence.

You will be supporting pupils through:

• 1:1 support for pupils with SEND
• Supporting children with challenging behaviour
• Working with pupils with Autism and ADHD
• Small intervention groups
• Learning support and classroom support
• Helping pupils engage with lessons and activities
• Supporting positive behaviour and emotional regulation
• Building positive relationships with pupils
• Working closely with teachers, SENCOs and other support staff
• Creating a calm, safe and inclusive learning environment

Pay & Holiday Pay

The advertised daily rate is inclusive of 12.07% PAYE holiday pay.
