Job summary

Green Lane Primary is seeking SEND 1:1 Teaching and Learning Partner to support learners with autism in our Resourced Provision. Term-time only, 32 hours per week, with lunchtimes supervised. Fixed-term starting November 2026, subject to funding.

Qualifications

• GCSE English and Maths (grade C/4 or above) or equivalent.
• Experience with SEND or autism is desirable.
• Willingness to participate in development and training opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Support SEND 1:1 learners in the learning environment.
• Provide Lunchtime Supervision as required.
• Collaborate with the Resourced Provision for Communication and Interaction including Autism.
