Job summary

Remedy Recruitment Group is seeking a patient SEN Teaching Assistant to support pupils with autism, ADHD and complex needs in Brentwood's specialist provision.

You will work 1:1 and in small groups across primary and secondary ages, following EHCP targets and personal care when required.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting children with SEN (Autism, ADHD or complex needs).
• Calm, patient and resilient with a proactive team approach.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 and small group support across primary and secondary classes.
• Support communication, emotional regulation and engagement in learning.
• Follow EHCP targets and individual support plans.
• Assist with personal care where required.
• Collaborate with teachers, SENCOs and external professionals.
• Help maintain a calm, structured and positive learning environment.
• Encourage independence, confidence and social development.
