Woodside Academy is seeking a Special Educational Needs Co-ordinator (SENCO) to start January 2027. This role has no teaching commitment and will focus on SEND policy development and day-to-day coordination.

You will work with staff, parents and external agencies to improve learning, oversee SEND policy, and provide professional guidance. We offer a supportive, collaborative environment within the Leading Learners Multi-Academy Trust and clear opportunities for career development.

Qualifications

• SENCO required with experience shaping SEND policy and provision.
• Ability to lead and support staff and coordinate with external agencies.
