Job summary

Remedy Recruitment Group's client, a well-resourced SEN school in Epping, is seeking a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to join their team. The role covers both primary and secondary pupils with a range of needs, with 1:1 and small group support, and a focus on communication, emotional regulation and learning engagement.

You will work closely with teachers and SENCOs, follow EHCP targets, support personal care when needed, and contribute to a calm, structured environment designed to foster

Qualifications

• Experience supporting children or young people with SEN, ASD, ADHD or complex needs.
• Calm, patient and resilient approach.
• Willing to work across primary and secondary age groups.
• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or willingness to obtain one.

Are you a patient, caring and committed SEN Teaching Assistant looking to start a new role as soon as possible where you can genuinely make a difference?

We are working with a well-resourced and highly supportive SEN schools in Eping that caters for both primary and secondary-aged pupils. They are looking to appoint a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to join their specialist provision as soon as possible. This person will work in small groups or 1:1 with children who have a range of needs.

• Confident supporting non-verbal or limited communication pupils
• Willing to support personal care where needed
• Strong team player with a proactive attitude
• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)

Both experienced SEN Teaching Assistants and strong mainstream TAs looking to move into a specialist setting are encouraged to apply.
