Responsibilities

  • Support daily production issues at test floor and wafer probe, including yield analysis and disposition.
  • Provide detailed analytical studies and liaise with product engineering for test program and hardware improvements.
  • Engage in productivity and yield improvement projects, including test time reduction and equipment upgrades.
  • Support new product releases and perform rigorous buyoffs for new test systems per manufacturing requirements.
  • Lead and support qualification and change management for new tools and processes in TI manufacturing.
