Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in electrical/computer engineering or related field required.
• 3 years of experience as a Product Engineer within the semiconductor industry.

Responsibilities

• Support daily production issues at test floor and wafer probe, including low yield analysis and disposition, and setup failure debug/analysis and resolution (hardware and software).
• Provide detailed analytical studies on issues and liaise with product engineering for improvements (test program, hardware, setup).
• Engage in productivity improvement projects including yield improvements, test time reduction, and legacy tester conversion.
• Support new product releases from development site; perform buyoffs for new test systems per manufacturing requirements.
• Lead and support introduction of new tools/equipment/test processes to manufacturing from new product releases and manage qualification and change control.
