Job summary

Jacobs Engineering Group Inc. in Hillsboro, Oregon, seeks a Tool Install Construction Coordinator to lead deployment and installation of semiconductor tooling, coordinating with trades to stay aligned with schedules, site readiness, and safety requirements.

You will review design packages, track milestones, run status meetings, resolve field constraints, and collaborate with design engineering, construction management, vendors and client teams to ensure safe, efficient installation progress.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating with trades contractors to meet milestone dates.
• Experience in client-facing roles, managing client expectations.
• Familiarity reading and interpreting design packages for semiconductor tool installs.
• Comfortable working in cross-functional, matrix organizations.

Responsibilities

• Own and coordinate Tool Install project deployment and installation activities with trades to meet schedules and safety requirements.
• Lead project status meetings and stakeholder discussions to review POR dates and communicate updates.
• Analyze timelines, installation sequences, and resource availability to support planning.
• Review design packages to ensure accurate installation information for planning.
• Track progress and provide leadership with milestones, risks, and changes.
• Coordinate daily field execution with trades, vendors, and stakeholders to maintain progress.
• Identify schedule conflicts and mitigation actions with stakeholders.
• Support cross-functional collaboration across design, construction, vendors and client teams.
• Promote safety and quality culture in the field and ensure site standards are followed.
