You will coordinate across disciplines and interface with clients daily, driving scope, budget and schedule with minimal oversight. The ideal candidate has 2+ years in semiconductor tool install design, strong communication skills, and experience leading design coordination.

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field (or 5+ years equivalent experience).
• 2+ years of semiconductor tool install design experience.
• Experience leading design coordination and construction drawing development.
• Strong client interaction and relationship track record.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end delivery of complex tool installation design packages.
• Oversee projects ranging from 15 to 200+ pages in scope.
• Coordinate across multidisciplinary teams (structural, mechanical, electrical, architectural).
• Interface with clients through frequent communication.
• Manage scope, schedule, and budget to ensure timely, cost-effective execution.
• Conduct field verifications to confirm design accuracy and constructability.
