The role requires 7–10 years of semiconductor construction experience, degrees in Construction Management or Engineering, and proven ability to coordinate field trades, manage tool install scopes, and deliver on client schedules while maintaining safety and quality in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 7-10 years of construction experience in the semiconductor industry, focused on tool install.
• Construction Management or Engineering degrees highly encouraged.
• Experience coordinating field trades and oversight to meet schedules.
• Experience in client-facing roles managing expectations.
• Experience managing semiconductor tool install scopes.
• Familiarity with reading and interpreting design packages for semiconductor tool hookups.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Forward-thinking, eager to learn best practices, and innovative.
• Able to work in a fast-paced, changing environment.
• Demonstrated quick learning and drive to broaden knowledge.
• Comfortable working with client management, factory management, vendors and 3rd party reps.
