Job summary

Arcadis is seeking a Tool Coordinator in Hillsboro, Oregon to support our semiconductor sector. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent field experience in construction or engineering.
• Familiarity with semiconductor equipment and Fab utility requirements.
• Ability to read facility and equipment drawings and installation docs.
• Experience with project scheduling and tracking software.
• Knowledge of cleanroom protocols and contamination-control practices.
• Experience with equipment move-in, installation, utility hookup, de-installation, turnover activities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate ongoing semiconductor tool installations, de-installations, and tool moves.
• Coordinate daily activities between construction management, customers, equipment suppliers, contractors, facilities teams, and engineering groups.
• Monitor project progress and communicate schedule updates, delays, constraints, and potential risks with the Equipment Owners and the Project Manager.
• Coordinate staging locations, equipment deliveries, removal activities, and tool move logistics.
• Identify installation or de-installation issues and coordinate with the appropriate engineering, facilities, or vendor personnel.
