Job summary

Arcadis is seeking a Tool Install Project Director to lead a high-volume EPCM tool installation project for a confidential semiconductor client in Boise, ID. In this role, you will oversee the planning, coordination, design and execution of tool installation work, ensuring projects are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field, or equivalent.
• 7–12 years of related project management experience in construction or technical environments.
• Experience with EPCM delivery and multi-disciplinary coordination.
• Experience in client engagement, reporting and issue resolution.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, execution, and delivery of complex semiconductor tool install projects.
• Act as primary client point of contact and maintain relationships.
• Coordinate design, construction, commissioning, and subcontractors.
• Develop and maintain project plans including risk and communications.
• Monitor performance, track milestones, and report status to leadership and clients.
• Manage budgets, change orders, and cost performance with project controls.
• Ensure safety programs, quality standards, and client procedures are followed.
• Maintain project documentation and facilitate design reviews and field coordination.
