Retronix Semiconductor is seeking a Technical Recruiter for a 9-month contract to support U.S. hiring from Hillsboro, Oregon. The role focuses on moving candidates from initial sourcing through interview coordination, selection, and onboarding for a range of technical levels.

You will partner with hiring managers and HR to advance recruitment needs and promotion processes while nurturing candidate relationships throughout the full cycle.

Qualifications

• Direct sourcing and recruiting experience, preferably in semiconductor environments.
• Experience recruiting across technical career levels in US operations.
• Ability to manage full recruiting cycle from sourcing to onboarding.
