Job summary

HPSP Co., LTD seeks a Sales Engineer to support its growing business in the U.S. and Europe.

You will work closely with customers and internal teams across Sales, Engineering, Customer Support, Operations, Finance, and headquarters to drive commercial activities, customer programs, and growth. The ideal candidate is highly organized, customer-focused, and comfortable spanning multiple functions and regions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in semiconductor, semiconductor equipment, manufacturing, technical sales, customer support, or related industries.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities across customers, regions, and internal organizations.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office tools.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and sometimes ambiguous environment.
• Authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary day-to-day point of contact for assigned customers regarding commercial, technical, and operational matters.
• Support customer inquiries, equipment requirements, delivery schedules, installation planning, and business-related requests.
• Develop a strong understanding of customer organizations, fab operations, technology roadmaps, and expansion plans.
• Build effective working relationships with customer engineering, procurement, operations, and management teams.
• Prepare and manage quotations, customer inquiries, sales orders, purchase orders, invoicing, and payment follow-up.
• Coordinate pricing, commercial documentation, delivery schedules, and contractual requirements with internal stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate customer, opportunity, forecast, and order information.
• Support preparation of customer presentations, business reviews, proposals, and management reports.
