Job summary

TechInsights is seeking a Segment Marketing Manager in Denver to plan and run integrated digital marketing programs for key customer segments across all regions. You’ll build the full-year marketing plan for your segments, turn our semiconductor intelligence into content that generates leads, and run campaigns across email, social, paid advertising, events, and PR.

You’ll work closely with segment leaders, technical product managers, sales, and the wider marketing team, and you’ll help the team

Qualifications

• 4–5 years of industry experience in B2B or segment marketing
• Experience with Salesforce and marketing automation tools
• Hands-on experience running multichannel campaigns across email, social, paid media, events, and PR
• Strong track record of building marketing plans that deliver measurable lead generation
• Excellent analytical and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Develop and own a fully integrated marketing plan for assigned customer segments
• Evaluate and build customer and prospect databases using available tools and resources
• Match relevant business content to the marketing plan, collaborating with internal stakeholders
• Contribute to the team’s goal of generating 100 leads per week
• Build and launch campaigns on schedule to meet monthly lead targets
• Run campaigns across email, social media, paid advertising, events, and PR
• Work with Marketing Technology and Digital Production to deliver high-quality assets on time
• Collaborate with Business Development Representatives to ensure fast, high-quality follow-up
• Use a test-and-learn approach to improve campaign performance
• Deliver a weekly summary of marketing activity and performance
• Review weekly lead activity with sales on sales-ready leads
