Qualifications

Sophomore year at time of application and pursuing a Bachelor's in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Microelectronics, or related field.
Must have at least a 3.0 GPA and be in good academic standing.
English language fluency in written and verbal form.
Ability to work at least 40 hours per week during the internship.

Responsibilities

Support development and maintenance of test programs and capabilities for new technology reliability assessments using C#, Python, C++, and related tools.
Assist with wafer-level and package-level reliability testing and data collection.
Execute electrical measurements using probers and support accurate data delivery.
Analyze test results and document findings for engineering review.
Collaborate with FEOL, BEOL, and Product Reliability teams to support technology development and qualification activities.
