Job summary

The Global Edge Consultants LLC is seeking a Semiconductor Project Manager to own small to mid-sized electrical construction projects and designated scopes within major programs. You will bridge field leadership, subcontractors, and office project controls to deliver projects safely, on schedule, and within budget.

Responsibilities include planning, scheduling, cost control, procurement, and quality assurance across all project phases.

Qualifications

• 3 years of experience in construction project coordination or assistant project management.
• Direct experience in electrical construction, mission-critical, or industrial facilities preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Electrical/Civil/Mechanical Engineering, Business or equivalent.
• Familiarity with Procore, Autodesk Construction Cloud, Bluebeam Revu, and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Project Delivery: Independently manage assigned project scopes from pre-construction kickoff through final commissioning, turnover, and punch-list closeout.
• Planning & Scheduling: Develop and maintain project schedules, lookaheads, and day-to-day coordination plans with field teams.
• Cost Control & Financials: Track budgets, labor productivity, commitments, and forecasting; manage change orders, AIA pay apps, and lien waivers.
• Procurement & Buyout: Manage buyouts, issue purchase orders, and monitor long-lead delivery timelines.
• Document Administration: Oversee RFIs, submittals, drawing logs, specs, and client correspondence.
• Trade Coordination: Guide subcontractors on scope, schedule, safety, and onboarding docs.
• Safety & Quality: Ensure OSHA compliance and quality across project phases.
