Job summary

Chelsea Search Group is seeking an experienced Semiconductor Project Manager to drive delivery of IC/ASIC/FPGA programs, coordinating engineering, suppliers, and customers to align technical objectives, schedules and budgets. You will lead scope definitions, risk management, and status reporting, leveraging PMP/PRINCE II, and maintain client relations to ensure successful execution with Mil-Aero and industrial customers. This role requires a BSEE or equivalent and 5+ years of PM experience.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a project manager
• Strong client-facing and internal communication skills
• Experience with Mil-Aero customers and/or Industrial customers a plus
• Leadership qualities: integrity, attention to detail, goal oriented

Responsibilities

• Assist in definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant internal stakeholders
• Coordinate resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of multiple projects
• Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation and schedules
• Ensure projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
• Manage changes to project scope, schedule, and costs using appropriate verification techniques
• Track project performance and report status to management and clients
