The successful candidate will manage customer relationships, ensure program compliance, and drive revenue while monitoring key performance indicators. With a bachelor’s degree and over 8 years of program management experience, you’ll thrive in a fast-paced environment. The position offers an annual salary range of $125,000 - $175,000, alongside a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of Program Management experience, ideally in Contract Manufacturing or Semiconductor.
• Bachelor’s degree required; PMP or Lean Six Sigma preferred.
• Ability to influence stakeholders and drive alignment in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary site liaison and interface with customers.
• Manage customer agreements and ensure compliance with contract terms.
• Drive revenue achievement and resolve business issues.
• Monitor and ensure performance against business and customer satisfaction metrics.
• Manage demand and order planning by analyzing forecasts.
• Oversee planning, execution, and delivery of customer-facing programs.
• Develop best-in-class program management practices.
• Provide guidance for junior program managers.
