Cypress HCM in Brooklyn Park, MN is seeking an experienced Program Manager to support the growth and execution of its integrated circuit and electronics solutions business, onsite five days a week. Responsibilities

  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Assist with defining project scope, objectives, deliverables, and technical requirements.
  • Coordinate resource planning, availability, and allocation across projects.
  • Develop detailed project plans and monitor progress against key milestones.
  • Manage changes to project scope, schedules, and costs using appropriate project management and verification processes.
  • Establish project metrics and track performance using appropriate tools and methodologies.
  • Provide regular status updates and escalat[e] issues or risks to management as appropriate.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for customers and key stakeholders.
  • Identify, assess, and manage project risks to minimize potential impact.
  • Develop and maintain productive relationships with customers, vendors, and third‑party partners.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
  • Meet with customers to understand requirements, clarify deliverables, and establish project priorities.
  • Delegate responsibilities based on team members' skills, experience, and capabilities.
  • Track short- and long-term objectives and ensure successful project completion.
  • Monitor project budgets and make adjustments based on financial and performance analysis.
  • Develop project plans and supporting materials for internal and customer-facing use.
  • Apply strong leadership and communication skills to drive projects forward.
  • Develop spreadsheets, diagrams, process maps, and other documentation to capture project requirements and workflows.
