Fralock is an engineered solutions provider delivering specialty components and subassemblies for high-reliability applications. The Production Control Planner 2 role is onsite in Poway, CA, with a compensation range of $35.00–$46.00 per hour and full-time benefits including medical, dental, vision, and a 401(k) match.

You will oversee detailed schedules and coordinate with Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Procurement to meet delivery commitments.

Qualificações

• High School Degree or General Education Degree; 3–5 years of related experience or training.
• Associate degree in business administration desired.
• Bachelor's degree in business administration highly desired.
• 3–5 years of experience in manufacturing planning, production control, materials planning, or supply chain operations.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and maintain detailed production schedules to support customer demand and operational targets.
• Translate forecasts and sales orders into executable manufacturing plans.
• Monitor and manage WIP to ensure efficient product flow.
• Balance production requirements against capacity, labor, equipment, and material constraints.
• Coordinate schedule changes due to engineering changes, shortages, or priorities.
• Identify bottlenecks and develop recovery plans to maintain delivery commitments.
• Support S&OP processes through capacity and demand analysis.
• Develop short- and long-term production plans aligned with customer and business needs.
