Fralock is seeking a Project Manager to lead customer programs and internal cross-functional projects from initiation through completion on-site in Poway, CA. You will ensure scope, schedule, cost, quality, and risks are defined, managed, and delivered with accountability.

The role collaborates with Sales, Engineering, Operations, and Supply Chain to drive timely issue resolution, production readiness, and successful handoff to manufacturing.

Competenze

• Associates or bachelor’s degree in Materials Science and Engineering or a related engineering field.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Operations, Supply Chain, Project Management, or related field; relevant experience may be considered in lieu of formal education.

Mansioni

• Lead customer programs and internal projects from launch to completion.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, risk logs, and communication cadences.
• Coordinate cross-functional activities across Engineering, Operations, Quality, Supply Chain, Sales, and Finance.
• Serve as central point for project status and escalation needs.
• Monitor scope, timing, cost, resources, and delivery commitments.
• Support quote-to-launch and prototype-to-production activities.
• Prepare updates and dashboards for leadership and customers.
