Fisica, Inc. is a premier defense supplier headquartered in San Leandro, CA, seeking a Production Planner to drive material flow and scheduling for electro‑mechanical assemblies. This 100% onsite role requires expertise in planning, ERP systems, and MS Office applications.

The position focuses on aligning material availability with production needs, maintaining accurate records, and supporting continuous improvement in a dynamic manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor’s Degree and a minimum of 4 years of prior relevant experience.
• Graduate Degree with at least 2 years of related experience, or 8 years of related experience in lieu of a degree.
• Experience planning parts and materials for electro‑mechanical assemblies in a complex manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Calculates and plans material requirements timing.
• Generates purchase requisitions, shop orders, and shippers for production.
• Monitors the efficient movement of materials across purchasing, production, inspection, receiving and stores.
• Performs routine recordkeeping and reporting on production and material deficiencies.
• Requires strong data analysis and basic math to support planning decisions.
