Job summary
Intel is hiring a Process Integration Development Engineer in Hillsboro, Oregon to design, execute, and analyze experiments that enhance process performance for semiconductor manufacturing. You will develop materials and equipment to meet reliability and manufacturability targets and drive technology transfer to high-volume production.

Qualifications
- Ph.D. or equivalent with heavy engineering focus.
- Experience with materials characterization and semiconductor processing fundamentals.
- Experience with MATLAB/JMP/Excel and DOE principles.
Responsibilities
- Plan and execute experiments to characterize processes and improve product performance.
- Develop and qualify materials and equipment to meet reliability and manufacturability requirements.
- Conduct feasibility studies and identify process solutions with product and module teams.
- Leverage big data analysis to identify and resolve process design weaknesses or tool issues.
- Lead new product qualifications and enable technology transfers to high-volume manufacturing using Copy Exactly methodology.
- Collaborate with development teams and suppliers to align processes with roadmaps.
- Organize and present process solutions to engineering teams addressing customer requests.
