Job summary

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a related engineering or physical science field.
• At least 6 months in semiconductor materials, fabrication, or device physics.
• Experience with electrical characterization of semiconductor devices.

Responsibilities

• Set advanced device performance targets for Process Design Kit releases.
• Assess silicon-to-simulation health for high-volume manufacturing.
• Define robust test structures and test programs to validate advanced design rules.
• Use data analysis to extract insights from electrical-test, yield, and fab data.
