Qualifications

• Master's degree with 4 years in semiconductor industry or Ph.D. with 2 years in a related STEM field.
• Semiconductor processing or nanotechnology experience.
• Design of experiments.
• Statistical Process Control (SPC).
• Computational data skills.
• 5 years of professional experience in lithography, layer process development, or yield improvement.

Responsibilities

• Lead scientific research enabling innovative device architectures and their manufacturing.
• Design, execute, and analyze experiments to meet engineering specs for the process.
• Contribute to development of intellectual property.
• Integrate steps necessary for manufacturing complex microprocessors.
• Ramp technologies to manufacturing volumes and transfer to production via Copy Exactly Methodology.
