You will own market intelligence, drive opportunities with hyperscalers and AI chipmakers, and lead cross-functional engagements from proposal to signed agreement.

The role requires 7+ years in semiconductor sales/marketing with expertise in advanced packaging and strong business writing. Occasional travel to customer sites and conferences is expected.

Qualifikationen

• 7+ years in semiconductor sales, marketing or related roles.
• Experience with advanced packaging technologies (CoWoS/EMIB etc.).
• Strong business writing and executive communication.
• English language proficiency; Korean a plus.

Aufgaben

• Deliver quarterly market intelligence reports on competitors, trends and supply dynamics.
• Develop competitive positioning of glass substrate technology against key players.
• Build and manage relationships with hyperscalers and AI semiconductor customers.
• Represent Absolics at major conferences (ECTC, IMAPS, SEMICON).
• Identify opportunities, prepare proposals, and drive engagements to signed deals.
• Lead multiple customer projects with timelines and milestones.
• Develop product roadmaps and go-to-market plans with Eng/Ops.
• Prepare executive-style reports and customer-facing presentations.
