Job summary

Kulicke & Soffa is seeking a Customer Support Engineer for the Advanced Solutions business unit. You will troubleshoot and repair semiconductor equipment, train customer engineers, and lead technical interactions with customers across multiple sites in the US and Canada. Occasional global travel will be required.

The ideal candidate has a strong technical background and customer service experience in semiconductor manufacturing, with experience in Advanced Solutions (TCB) being highly desirable.

Qualifications

• Strong technical background and customer service experience in semiconductor manufacturing.
• Experience with Advanced Solutions (TCB) is highly desirable.
• Proven ability to work with advanced mechatronic machinery.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair semiconductor equipment.
• Provide technical support for equipment installations, buyoffs, and training sessions.
• Serve as the lead technical interface with customers.
• Assist Application Engineers with design-related issues.
• Prepare internal technical reports and customer presentations.
• Occasional on-site support during weekends may be required.
• Travel requirement up to 75%, can include international travel as needed.
