Job summary

Mykelly is seeking Field Service / Start-Up Technicians (Levels I & II) to support installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of semiconductor manufacturing equipment at customer sites in the Phoenix area.

This hands-on role requires strong mechanical and electrical aptitude, willingness to travel up to 100%, and the ability to read blueprints and follow SOPs. A high school diploma is required; an associate or technical degree is preferred.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required; technical degree preferred.
Hands-on mechanical and/or electrical troubleshooting experience.
Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and electrical diagrams.
Strong communication skills and safety‑focused mindset.
Ability and willingness to travel based on business requirements.

Responsibilities

Install, service, maintain, and repair semiconductor processing equipment on-site.
Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and equipment issues.
Start-ups, upgrades, and modifications as needed.
Read procedures, blueprints, diagrams, and SOPs.
Diagnose problems and replace components as required.
Coordinate with customers and teams to minimize downtime.
Maintain service records and reports.
Train customer staff on operation and basic maintenance.
Follow safety procedures and site requirements.
Travel domestically as needed.
