Prosum is seeking a Field Service Engineer to operate at customer sites in South Chandler, AZ, performing field service activities and troubleshooting complex semiconductor products.

The role requires 2–5 years of professional engineering experience, a bachelor’s degree, and hands-on tool skills (oscilloscope, DVM). Knowledge of photomasks, metrology, lithography, lasers and robotics is a nice-to-have bonus.

Formación

• 2–5 years of professional engineering experience.
• Hands-on engineering experience in semiconductor installation, maintenance and repair.
• Experience with hand tools, oscilloscope and digital voltmeter.
• Nice to have knowledge of photomask, mask inspection, metrology, lithography, optical systems, cameras, lasers and robotics.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Fields: Electrical, Electronics, Manufacturing, Mechanical, Physics, Materials Science or Computer Engineering.

Responsabilidades

• Field Service Engineering at customer sites.
• Receives and responds to service calls from customers.
• Provides on-site or over-the-phone consultation and repairs as needed.
• Performs preventative maintenance on company products.
• Establishes and manages local maintenance service.
