Qualifications

• 8–10 years in semiconductor industry with process engineering or product development background.
• 3–5 years in leadership; proven team management experience.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% domestically and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of product development applications engineers with performance management and mentoring.
• Define and execute applications strategies for new product introductions and enhancements.
• Collaborate with R&D, marketing, and sales to translate customer challenges into product requirements.
• Engage key customers as technical interface to understand processes and pain points.
• Deliver technical presentations, white papers, and application notes communicating value.
• Conduct product evaluations, competitive analyses, and benchmarks to show differentiation.
• Address technical barriers to adoption with engineering to improve usability.
• Contribute to division strategic planning with market and customer insights.
• Maintain team technical expertise aligned with advancements in semiconductor metrology.
