• 7 years of semiconductor manufacturing operations with progressive management responsibilities.
• BS in Industrial Engineering or related technical field.
• Experience leading a high-volume manufacturing team and line performance accountability.
• Data-based decision making, problem-solving, and project management.
• Strong verbal and written communication across all factory levels.
• Cross-functional leadership with Engineering and Support teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead FAB manufacturing operations and the manufacturing team to meet safety, quality, and line performance goals.
• Own line performance and rapid issue resolution for tools, processes, and labor.
• Drive cross-functional coordination to improve factory activity and cycle time.
• Provide tactical leadership using data and manufacturing science to hit site goals.
• Develop and coach section managers and supervisors for 7x24 operations.
• Establish workforce roadmap to meet current and future manufacturing needs.
