Job summary

Texas Instruments is seeking an experienced Manufacturing Branch Manager to lead 200mm wafer FAB manufacturing operations and drive excellence in a fast-paced production environment. This hands-on, visionary leader will apply IE foundations to achieve operational results and sustain safe, high-quality output.

You will manage a team, drive automation readiness with engineering partners, and build an organization capable of meeting current and future manufacturing needs in a 7x24 setting.

Qualifications

  • BS in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering or related technical field.
  • 7 years of experience in semiconductor manufacturing operations with progressive management responsibilities; 200mm experience preferred.
  • Strong leadership, data-based decision making, problem-solving and project management; excellent communication at all levels.

Responsibilities

  • Lead FAB manufacturing operations and teams to meet safety, quality and line performance targets.
  • Own line performance and drive rapid issue resolution for tooling, processes, and labor.
  • Coordinate cross-functionally across FAB branches to improve activity and cycle time.
  • Lead data-driven initiatives to improve manufacturing productivity and reduce waste.
  • Develop and coach section managers and supervisors for a fast-paced 7x24 environment.
