Job summary

onsemi is seeking a Manager, Post-Fab Operations in East Fishkill, NY to lead Post-Fab manufacturing across all shifts. You will drive safety, quality, and productivity while sustaining a high-performing operating model in a 24x7 wafer fabrication environment.

The role requires building a culture of continuous improvement, developing shift leaders, and ensuring staffing, training, and standard work are robust and aligned with business goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Business, Manufacturing, or related field.
• 10+ years of manufacturing operations experience.
• 5+ years of leadership experience managing front-line leaders and manufacturing organizations.
• Experience leading 24x7 high-volume semiconductor operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of Shift Managers responsible for Post-Fab operations across all shifts.
• Drive safety, accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
• Establish clear expectations for operational performance, workforce development, and employee engagement.
• Own day-to-day Post-Fab manufacturing execution across all shifts.
• Drive 24x7 operating model with strong shift-to-shift communication and seamless execution across crews.
• Drive rapid response and recovery actions when performance deviates from plan.
