Job summary

Texas Instruments Incorporated is seeking an experienced Manufacturing Branch Manager to lead 200mm wafer FAB manufacturing operations in Dallas. The role demands a hands-on, visionary leader with a strong IE foundation, capable of driving manufacturing excellence in a fast-paced environment.

The candidate will oversee operational leadership across FAB lines, own line performance, and drive rapid issue resolution, cross-functional coordination, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• BS in Industrial/Mechanical/Electrical/Chemical Engineering or related field.
• 7 years of semiconductor manufacturing operations with progressive management responsibilities; 200mm experience preferred.
• Demonstrated data-based decision making, problem-solving and project management.

Responsibilities

• Operational Leadership: Lead FAB manufacturing operations and the team to meet safety, quality and line performance goals.
• Productivity and Automation: Own automation assets and productivity improvements, optimize workflows with engineering partners.
• Team Development and Leadership: Coach and develop managers and supervisors; build accountability and continuous improvement.
