Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a STEM field with 2+ years of supervisory experience, or Associate's with 5+ years.
• Equivalent military or semiconductor manufacturing experience with leadership responsibility.
• Experience supervising process/equipment technician teams in a semiconductor fab.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and supervise a combined team on the fab floor with daily presence.
• Enforce safety standards, KPIs, and 5S compliance through floor walks.
• Oversee maintenance of production equipment to minimize downtime.
• Own training for equipment operation, PM, and process qualifications.
• Manage hold-lot triage and ensure CM entries capture status and dispositions.
• Collaborate with process and equipment engineering to address SPC trends and cost reductions.
• Support daily production priorities across Manufacturing Operations.
