Job summary

Samsung Austin Semiconductor is seeking an Equipment Engineer to document, trend, and sustain the In/Out Room equipment fleet. You will develop real-time dashboards, define maintenance procedures, and work with vendors on escalations to ensure fleet reliability.

Responsibilities include data-driven health metrics, preventative maintenance planning, root-cause investigations, and collaboration with peers to drive ROI and improvements across multiple equipment types in a night-shift setting.

Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical, Industrial, or Process Engineering.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with sub-fab systems in semiconductor industry.
• Experience with data/statistical analytics and TPM concepts.

Responsibilities

• Document, trend, and sustain health of the In/Out Room equipment fleet.
• Create real-time dashboards and standard operating procedures for fleet health.
• Lead maintenance planning, vendor escalations, and root cause investigations.
• Collaborate with equipment engineers to drive improvements and ROI.
